We recommend 2-3 tubes of Magic Adhesive per 100 ft roll of Wall Attachment Tape or Crawl Curtain.

We can only guarantee that our Magic Sealant Adhesive will be able to keep our Wall Attachment Tape and Curtains sealed. Using other adhesives with our system can cause liners to fall over time. Our warranty and 100% satisfaction guarantee only includes our adhesive.

No, the size of the door is the right opening of the hole. The frame of the Standard Access Door adds about 2-3 inches all around and the PRO Access Door adds about 3.5 inches all around.

Our vapor barriers are 100% woven high-density polyethylene.

Yes, the foam vent covers are easily trimmable.

The interior vent fan is installed from inside the crawlspace and pushes air out of the crawlspace. The exterior vent fan is installed from the outside and pulls air out of the crawlspace.

We recommend 1 gallon of cleaner per 200-250sqft or 4 (1 case) per 1000sqft.

Our cleaner is peroxide based, which is incompatible with many sprayer’s hoses. The cleaner should only be used with a sprayer that is intended for peroxide to prevent clogging.

The Pro Seam Tape has more adhesion and is thicker for when a job requires something a little more aggressive.  We do not recommend the regular tape for vapor barriers with a millage over 16, and would suggest upgrading to Pro Tape, Seam Weld, or Magic Tape.

This tape is designed to adhere to rolls that have collected condensation. You often see this condensation appear on rolls that are brought from the summer heat, down to a cool crawlspace. Note: Once this tape is placed, it will NOT come up. It is also good to note, this tape cannot be layered, as it will not adhere to itself.

We offer free shipping on select products like our dehumidifiers, vapor barriers and vent covers; However, some items do not qualify for free shipping like tape and adhesive. You will be charged shipping only for the items that do not include free shipping.
