To whom it may concern,

We have been using sealed crawl space systems from Your Crawl Space for 3 years now and have found it to be an excellent system. The first few systems were installed by Your Crawl Space but we soon determined that it would be relatively simple system to install. We now get their kits and install them in all of our new houses that have crawl spaces. We have found them to be easy to install and like the many benefits the system gives our homeowners. We install them using staff and volunteer labor. We now install the system on the walls and piers before the subfloor goes on but we installed most of our systems after the house was dried in.

There is initial reluctance on the part of our volunteers to go into the crawl space to work, but once they see how simple it is they usually do not mind signing up to do the next one. In addition to the health and energy saving benefits we have discovered several plumbing leaks that we would not have caught had the water not collected on the floor lining material where it was visible instead of being absorbed into the ground. Our electrical, plumbing and HVAC tradesmen appreciate working in a clean environment as well. I highly recommend this system and consider it to be a simple and straightforward installation.
